Caring for KHIO
- Do not submerge in water – KHIO is not waterproof.
- Spot clean the cooling plate and headband with a damp cloth. Avoid liquid near air vents.
- Store in the included cloth carrying case to keep clean and protected.
- Charge regularly to maintain battery health.

KHIO Limited Warranty
Warranty Coverage:
- Duration: 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Scope: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Exclusions:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
- Damage caused by failure to follow the product instructions.
Warranty Claim Process:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@mykhio.com within the 30-day warranty period.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your original receipt or order confirmation.
- Describe the Issue: Detail the defect or problem you're experiencing.
Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product. If a replacement is provided, it will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

KHIO Return Policy
At KHIO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return the KHIO Cooling Headband under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products showing signs of use, wear and tear, or damage.
- Items not in their original packaging.
Return Process:
- Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Support at support@mykhio.com to request a return authorization.
- Return Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided by our support team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
